About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Everwell Nest at everwellnest.com. Everwell Nest is operated by Zynera Limited, Room 101A, 1/F., Genplas Industrial Building, 56 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Contact: support@everwellnest.com.
Products and payment
Our current products are English-language PDF guides purchased with a one-time payment. No physical item, subscription, coaching, audio, video or future edition is included unless the product page expressly says otherwise. The product page and checkout show the price, currency, applicable taxes and total. Payment must be confirmed before download access is released.
Digital delivery
Download access is provided after confirmed payment through the order status page or a delivery email. The download link is available for 7 days from the purchase date. Please save the PDF during that period for continued personal reading. Use a compatible PDF reader and keep the checkout email accurate. Contact us if access fails.
Personal-use licence
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the purchased guide for personal use, keep a personal backup and print a personal copy. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links or commercially reproduce the material except where applicable law permits.
Educational content
The guides provide general educational information and reflection tools. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice or emergency support. Individual circumstances and results vary. Seek appropriate professional advice for your situation.
Refunds and disputes
Our Refund Policy forms part of the purchase information and explains digital access issues, cancellation requests, refunds and disputes. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right or prevents a lawful bank dispute, complaint or court remedy.
Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment providers and digital delivery services process the information needed to complete payment and provide access.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Everwell Nest is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised redistribution, incompatible third-party software or use outside a guide’s stated educational purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.
