What am I buying?
An English-language digital guide in PDF format. No physical book will be shipped. Each product page describes the specific guide and its contents.
How do I receive my guide?
After full payment is confirmed, download access is provided through the order confirmation or order status page and a download email sent to the address used at checkout. If access does not appear, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number.
Seven-day download access
Download access is available for 7 days from the purchase date. Save your PDFs during this period for continued personal reading. If payment confirmation or delivery is delayed, contact us so we can restore an appropriate download window. The link expiry does not make a saved PDF unreadable.
What devices can I use?
You can read the PDF on a phone, tablet, or computer using a compatible PDF reader. Files are not supplied as EPUB or Kindle editions. Interactive form filling is not promised; you can keep separate notes while reading.
What does the three-guide collection include?
Well Into Tomorrow, When Sleep Won’t Come, and Skin, Simplified, delivered as three separate English PDFs. The First 30 Days After Trust Is Broken is not included. Check the product page for the current price before purchase.
Is this a subscription?
No. These products are one-time purchases. Future publications or revised editions are not automatically included unless the product page expressly says otherwise.
Can I print or share the PDF?
You may keep a personal backup and print a copy for your own use. Your purchase is a personal-use licence. Please do not share download links, distribute the files, resell them, or upload them to a public or shared library.

Can I get a refund?
Once downloaded, PDFs are non-refundable for change of mind, except where required by law. The seven-day download window is not a money-back guarantee. We help with missing access, faulty files, duplicate charges, and content materially different from its description. Please read our Refunds & Disputes Policy.
How do I get help?
Email support@everwellnest.com with your order number, checkout email, and a brief description of the issue. Never send your full payment card details, passwords, medical records, or intimate personal information.
